A cafe built around good coffee and good company
Ridgeline started with a used drum roaster, a lot of curiosity, and the belief that a mountain town deserved coffee as thoughtful as the landscape around it.

How we got here
We opened our doors because we couldn't find the cup we wanted to drink. So we started roasting for ourselves, then for neighbors, and eventually built the cafe you're standing in. The goal has always been the same: coffee that tastes like somewhere, served in a room that feels like home.
How we source and roast
We buy seasonally, roast in small batches, and rest every coffee before it hits the shelf. Nothing fancy — just careful work, repeated.
